James Halliday Review 2013 Shiraz 94 Points

James Halliday Review 2013 Shiraz 94 Points

Our 2013 Shiraz has recently been reviewed by James Halliday Australian Wine Companion and awarded a score of 94 points.

“Abundant black and red cherry fruit with a liberal sprinkling of spice and pepper play on both the bouquet and medium-bodied palate.

This is a wholly seductive shiraz, ready now or whenever. Bargain.”

A score of 94 is given to wines that James considers to be, “Outstanding. Wines of the highest quality, often with
a distinguished pedigree.”

It was also given a star rating which is reserved for “wines considered to offer special value for money.”

Cowra Wine Show – Pinnaroo Wine Wins Best Wine of the Show Award

The local Cowra Guardian newspaper describes the win as “Its the Tour de France, the Ashes and the Melbourne Cup of the Cowra Wine Show – and local vineyard Pinnaroo Estate Wines has picked up top spot in all three at the Cowra Wine Show.
